New Student Registration
Beginning July 1, 2010, the Eaton Community School District will be implementing Central Registration. Registration of students in grades 1-12, who are new to the district, will be performed at the Board of Education Office, located at 307 N. Cherry St., Eaton, OH 45320. Parents are asked to contact the Board Office at 937-456-1107 to schedule an appointment.
 
All kindergarten registration will continue to be performed at East Elementary, located at 506 N. Aukerman St., Eaton, OH 45320. For additional information regarding kindergarten registration, please call 456-5173.
 

What to Bring

Parents should bring the following information for each child enrolling in Eaton Community Schools:
1.      Birth Certificate
2.      Proof of residency
3.      Immunization records
4.      Custody papers/protection orders (if applicable),
5.      Previous school records (will be requested by Eaton Schools if parents are unable to provide them)
 
Parents must also to fill out the following forms during registration:
·         Emergency Medical Authorization Form (after August 23, 2010)
·         Student Health History (after August 23, 2010)
·         Home Language Survey
·         Support Services Verification
 
Or these forms may be filled out prior to registration, by visiting our registration page. Please fill out and print these forms to bring with you on the day of your scheduled registration.
 
Students are not required to attend the registration process. After registration has been completed, a time will be scheduled for you and your child to visit his/her designated building and/or schedule classes.
