Suicide Prevention through Education - Parent portal information

Eaton Middle School and Gebhart Counseling Solutions are partnering with the national SOS Signs of Suicide Prevention Program which combines mental health education & depression screening to identify youth at risk.  This site provides valuable tools to help parents and teens identify the signs and symptoms of depression, suicide, and self-injury in themselves and their peers.

Vision & Hearing Screening

As mandated by the Ohio Revised Code 3313.69  Eaton Community Schools Health Services will screen vision and/or hearing of all students in grades K, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11  and students new to the district, or as requested by staff or parent.  Parents will be notified by mail if physician follow-up is recommended.
