East Elementary Fundraiser Limo Lunch and Cash Grab

Due to the calamity day on 11/12/2019, East Elementary has rescheduled the Cash Grab and the Limo Lunch for November 22, 2019.  Students who are eligible and have not yet turned in their permission slip, please be sure to turn them in by November 21, 2019.

 

 

 

 

 

Vision & Hearing Screening

As mandated by the Ohio Revised Code 3313.69  Eaton Community Schools Health Services will screen vision and/or hearing of all students in grades K, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11  and students new to the district, or as requested by staff or parent.  Parents will be notified by mail if physician follow-up is recommended.

Vaccine Requirements for Students Entering 12th Grade Fall 2020

Beginning with the 2016-2017 school year, students entering the 12th grade are required to have 2 doses* of MCV4 (meningococcal- serogroup A, C, W, and Y).

This means that those students who are currently in 11th grade, will have to be vaccinated with this vaccines before the beginning of school in the fall.  Any student not submitting documentation of this vaccine may be excluded from school.

To have your child vaccinated, call and schedule an appointment with your primary care physician or call the Preble County General Health District Immunization Clinic.  The PCGHD Immunization Clinic is held every Monday (except holidays) from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.   Please contact the PCGHD at 937-472-0087 ext. 226 to schedule an appointment or for additional information.

As in the past, 7th grade students are required to have documentation of a Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis) vaccine. 

This means that those students who are currently in 6th grade, will have to be vaccinated with both vaccines before the beginning of school in the fall.  Any student not submitting documentation of these vaccines may be excluded from school.
